Job Description:

The Duties of the Customer Care Representative are focused around providing customers with excellent personal service and maintaining customer satisfaction. Job duties include, but are not limited to: receiving and responding to customer communications and inquiries by potential customers, assisting the Service Manager in scheduling projects for customers, marketing and generating service-related revenue, promoting and establishing new accounts, and following up on potential equipment sales. The Customer Care Representative must focus on providing customers exemplary service with the utmost care, integrity, commitment and flexibility.

Essential Duties:

1. Customer Care
? Receive and respond to inquiries by potential Customers in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
? Receive and respond to Customer communications, whether by telephone, email or other form in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
? Coordinate incoming requests for service by collecting information regarding customer needs, location, and contact information.

2. Scheduling
? Acquire all information from Customer necessary to arrange and provide services to Customer
? Assist Service Manager in scheduling jobs.
? Follow up with Customers to ensure satisfaction with services.

3. Sales and Promotion
? Solicit crossflow filter sales, generate quotes, and follow-up with inquiries.
? Solicit services sales and inquiries.
? Generate ideas for marketing and promoting services to the marketplace and work with Service Manager to develop and implement marketing plan.

Salary Information: $17.00 per hr
