Professional, articulate, service- oriented team leader who can handle multiple tasks and enjoys working with people is needed for Tasting Room in Santa Barbara County. This enthusiastic motivator will be responsible for managing tasting room operations, wine education, sales, cross-marketing with local community, special events, building a strong retail team, inventory control, staff scheduling, maintaining wine club and wine club updates.

Qualifications:

The ideal Candidate should:

- Have at least 3 years Tasting Room & Supervisory Management Experience
- Be 21+ years of age and be able to work weekends and Holidays
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
- Enjoy hosting private parties, leading tours and offering wine education
- Be able to prioritize, multi-task, and work under pressure
- Offer excellent presentation, telephone and customer service skills
- Be able to motivate sales team members to help meet goals
- Possess good organizational skills and be detailed- oriented
- Have prior cash register, POS and inventory control experience
- Be able to lift 40 lbs.

Enthusiasm Required!!! Knowledge of Micro-works, Excel and Word preferred.
