Job Description:

Dynamic and expanding natural wine importer and wholesaler seeks an energetic, self-motivated, ambitious, and independent sales rep for Northern VA. Candidates should possess an enthusiasm for wine, especially wines produced by small, family owned wineries from Europe. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of the Northern Virginia market, especially restaurants. The Northern VA sales rep will be responsible for selling our value-driven selections to retailers and restaurants. The candidate should possess excellent people skills, be self-motivated and ambitious, and like making sales calls. A considerable amount of cold calling is required. A car is a must. In addition to sales, other responsibilities will include input into portfolio selection and expansion and other aspects of the business depending on the level of interest. We want someone who will not only sell the wines, but believe passionately in the mission of bringing hand crafted, natural and authentic wines to the market. Some travel to Europe possible. Salary Information: commission + health insurance + gas
