Job Description:
Mionetto Usa, importer leader of premium prosecco and italian wines, is looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist
The ideal candidate must be very goal oriented, highly and self motivated. Passion for wine and professionalism are very important.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Define trade marketing action plan (annual) based on the corporate marketing strategic plan and action plan
- Responsible for marketing budget and expenses
- Plan, manage, support and supervise trade shows and promotion
- Support sales team with marketing tools to promote the brand and enhance sales: This would include communication tools designed for sales manager and brokers to use in the marketplace including but not limited to the use of POS, POP, print materials incentives programs, etc.
- Manage marketing intelligence analyzing datas, depletion by area, products, and define/implement the right strategy and plan by brand
- Coordinate PR and Communication strategy with trade marketing plans
- Revise and prepare drafts of labels to submit for federal approval
- Plan advertising budget tactically to support and achieve sales in strategic market and/or channels
- Create, Coordinate and implement promotion and programs to create consumer awareness and loyalty
- Design and participate in presentations to the distributors, key accounts, chains
- Market survey and well as support to sales team on market blitz or work with
Qualifications:
- Successful candidates will have a Bachelors Degree (marketing desired)
- Minimum 5 year marketing experience in the wine industry (wholesaler, supplier, winery)
- Experience in merchandising
- Ability to travel and work on weekends
