Job Description:

Peju Province Winery is a family owned and operated boutique winery that has been a landmark in the Napa Valley for 25 years and growing rapidly. We use organically farmed local fruit from our sustainable vineyards to produce a hand crafted blend of perfect wine. At Peju Province Winery we are committed to protecting the environment through our sustainable farming practices, harvesting the sun to operate our winery and finding great people to work in our family business.

We are inviting a limited number of wine enthusiasts to join our Wine Club team. We are looking for bright, energetic people who enjoy interacting with a wide variety of customers. If you are enthusiastic about Napa Valley wines and see yourself in a wine industry career, we’d like to talk to you.

This is a full time position.

Qualifications Include:
•Effective communicator, able to learn about wines, varietals, wine making.
•Ability to build a relationship with customers in a short period of time.
•Creativity and initiative are required.
•Wine knowledge not necessary.
•Wine interest required!
•MS Office proficiency.
•Ability to learn and execute point of sale computer software procedures.
•Ability to multi-task and make effective customer decisions.

Duties Include:
•Conduct data mining and send email marketing campaigns.
•Take in bound telephone and email sales. Explain products, services, prices, and answer customer questions.
•Providing superb customer service.
•Record and update customer profiles, correct addresses, and process cancellations to maintain data accuracy.
•Develop new ideas for internet, phone, and wine club sales.
•Data management and analysis skills.
•Point of sale register operations.
•Write wine club marketing materials and assist with Internet coordination of information to be posted to site.
