Job Description:

VINEYARD FOREMAN

Small West Sonoma County vineyard seeks self-motivated and organized foreman with practical vineyard skills including pruning, canopy management, spraying, irrigation, harvesting and general vineyard operations. Must be able to manage small crews and operate and maintain all farm equipment including spraying equipment. PCA certificate preferred but not required. At least 5 years of practical vineyard experience is required. English and Spanish fluency essential. Computer literacy preferred. Start date – early 2010. Salary depends on experience.
